This print is a Giclée print, being the French word for ‘spray’, and it refers to the ink jet printing process used to produce this beautiful archival standard fine art print. The inks used are fade-resistant Epson multi colour Ultrachrome HDX inks. When they are combined with high quality Hahnemühle German Etch 310gsm paper, they result in incredibly fine detailed prints which enhances the painterly quality of my work. The resulting print has a life expectancy of up to 60 years on display and is A3 i.e. 420mm x 297mm in size which includes the white border.
I produced this image as part of my guerrilla photographic exhibition during Brighton Photo Fringe 2018.
N.B. For posting this print is sandwiched between to sheets of double wall corrugated cardboard within an A3 board backed envelope. This is an expensive but necessary method if the print is to reach you safely. If you live in Brighton or London please email me before purchase to see if it is possible for me to hand deliver to you thereby making you a considerable saving.
